Refund Policy

Fair, clear, and fast — how refunds work at Labrador.

1. Subscriptions

New subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first billing period. After the first 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time — your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.

2. SMS & messaging credits

Prepaid SMS marketing credits are non-refundable once purchased, but never expire and can be used across all campaigns.

3. Promotional materials

Printed materials (flyers, clings, etc.) are custom-manufactured and therefore non-refundable once production has begun. Defects in production will be replaced at no cost.

4. eGift cards

Gift cards are generally non-refundable. Once a gift card has been used, the original sale of the gift card cannot be voided or returned until all purchases made with it have been voided as well. State-specific gift card laws apply.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge, we ask that you contact hello@labrador.ai first. We'll work quickly to resolve any issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@labrador.ai with your account details and reason for the refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, back to the original payment method.

7. Exceptions

We may grant exceptions to this policy at our discretion, particularly where required by applicable law.
